Camera/Video Recorder Policy
Audio and video recorders are prohibited in the Pavilion on an event-by-event basis. Searches may be performed to restrict access of these items. If guests are found to have video/audio recorders during events in which they are prohibited, the guest maybe permitted to return the item to their vehicle. All tapes will be confiscated.
Prohibited Items Policy
Banners, sign cards and sandwich boards are permitted to the extent that they do not interfere with safety, visibility or the conduct of guests attending an event.
The following items are prohibited:
- Sticks
- Poles
- Wooden Frames
- Graphics boards over 1 lb
- Lights
- Laser Pointers
- Pyrotechnic Devices
- Noise-making Devices
- Bottles
- Cans
- Containers/Coolers
- Cubed Ice
- Food/Beverages
- Weapons
The prohibited items list should be used as a guide and is not designed to be all-encompassing. Pavilion management reserves the right to restrict any item it deems to represent a threat to the safety of Pavilion events, clients and guests. Any behavior or activities that are in violation of contemporary and local standards of decency are strictly prohibited.
